Job Responsibilities
Making payments and receive of cash efficiently, and flawlessly; within the shortest possible time
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction by ensuring Service Excellence in Cash Area
Achieving assigned Business targets set by the Management
Remaining aware of fake notes, fraudulent transactions, and Money Laundering while providing service
Necessary maintenance/ Cash loading / Reconcile of ATM
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
Minimum graduate from recognized institutions
Additional Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla.
Adequate computer literacy to work in online software modules & MS Office packages.
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Salary
Gross monthly salary of BDT. 28,000/-
Compensation & Other Benefits:
Other admissible benefits as per EBL policy.
Will be eligible to sit for Written Exam for EBL Permanent position after 1 year based on performance
